Cancellation Policy: Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been dispatched from our facility. To request a cancellation, please email us at info@vanami.in or WhatsApp us at +91 9061364663 within 24 hours of placing the order. Once an order is handed over to the courier, it cannot be cancelled.

Return Policy: Because we deal in premium food and consumable items (coffee, spices, herbs), we do not accept returns once the product is successfully delivered. This ensures the highest hygiene and quality standards for all our customers.

Refunds (if applicable): Refunds are only issued in the event that the product arrives damaged, defective, or if an incorrect item was shipped. To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us with photo/video proof of the damaged or incorrect item within 24 hours of delivery. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (credit card, UPI, net banking) within 5 to 7 working days.
